Spitsbergen is Helsport's warmest sleeping bag. The double system allows you to separate the inner and outer bags. It combines the warmth and comfort of goose down in the inner bag with protection from the cold thanks to the synthetic filling in the outer bag.

Smart zippers and extra space make it easy to change clothes in the sleeping bag. This also reduces the formation of cold spots.
The gray inner bag is filled with goose down with 750 fill power, and there is light padding in the leg and hood areas to reduce heat loss. This is reflected in the short zippers and the shaped thermal collar, which sit naturally and comfortably on the shoulders. The hood and thermal collar can be opened and closed, making it easier to regulate the temperature. An additional zipper on the right side and three straps on the left side ensure that your hands remain free and you can sit comfortably while eating, cooking, etc. without having to take out the sleeping bag.
The red outer pocket is different from the inner pocket. The short zipper is placed in the middle so that it does not overlap the zipper on the inner pocket. This reduces heat loss and prevents you from getting lost in the dark when you have to get out of the sleeping bag.
Unlike the inner pocket, the outer pocket is filled with synthetic material. In extreme temperatures, prolonged exposure to moisture inside the sleeping bag can lead to ice formation. Synthetic filling insulates better than down when the sleeping bag is wet and dries faster. The outer material has a waterproof and breathable coating for extra protection against the cold ground. The outer sleeping bag is designed to fit snugly over the inner bag without compressing the down. The hood can be easily folded over the inner bag's hood or filled with fabric and used as a pillow for extra comfort.
